USED PRODUCTS
Sorry, we do not refund or exchange used products. If you have any questions about a product, please let us know prior to purchase or check our FAQ section.
UNUSED PRODUCT
To return an unused item (must be in new condition, never opened), please ship it back to us along with a copy of the invoice within 30 days of date of purchase. We will be happy to provide a full refund minus the cost of the original shipping. For your peace of mind it is best if you return the item using a carrier that will provide you with a tracking number.
EXCHANGES
Sorry but we do not offer exchanges at this time. If for some reason you ordered the wrong item, you can send your order back to us if unused, and then place a new order for the correct product you want. When we receive the original order back in the mail, we will provide a full refund minus the shipping cost. Email us at info@chalkituphair.com with questions.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Our goal is to ship all orders within 1-3 business days. If for some reason you need to cancel an order, let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations are not possible after the package has been shipped. Cancellations after shipment will be refunded (product cost less shipping) if the package is returned to us unopened.
You can also email info@chalkituphair.com to cancel your order. Just type: "CANCEL ORDER" in the email's subject line along with your name and order number in the body of the email. This will help us locate your order quickly.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We ship your product to the address you entered when placing your order. If you realize you entered an incorrect address after you already placed your order, please contact us immediately at info@chalkituphair.com and we will be happy to update your address to the correct one. However, if an incorrect address is provided by you and the product has already been shipped, we will give you a refund minus the shipping cost once we receive the product back to us. Once you receive your refund from us you can then place another order. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again. If we do not receive your item back, then we cannot offer a refund.
Shipping Errors | Order Discrepancy, Damaged Item
If for some reason you do not receive your product and the tracking number shows it as “delivered”, give it a couple days to show up at your residence. Sometimes the USPS system shows delivered before it has actually been. Or double check around your residence or neighbors to make sure it is not left somewhere. If you still have not received your item we will open an investigation with the shipping company and keep you informed of the status of your package. If your item is damaged please notify us right away at info@chalkituphair.com. We will open a complaint with the shipping company.
