Refund policy
We are so confident you will like our product, that we allow you 30 days to return it. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of making the purchase. We will refund you the cost you paid for the product only. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Proof of purchase
To complete your refund, we require a receipt. This was emailed to you the day you made your purchase. Please note that without the proper proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund.
Shipping items
In order to return an order, you must contact us first so we can provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization. Email us at info@chalkituphair.com for an RMA.
Returns can be mailed to: CHALK iT UP!, 533 Niagara St. Ste 400, Tonawanda, NY 14150. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the item that you wish to return.
If the product is found to be fully used when we receive it, then we may reject a refund.
